This platform is the central hub for exploring Micro-credentials (MCs) developed as part of the “Beyond Europe with Micro-credentials” (BEM) Erasmus+ project. BEM aims to enhance skills visibility, recognition, and transferability across European and non-EU partner countries in Vocational Education and Training (VET).
Here, you will find a structured and accessible digital collection of BEM MCs, designed to support learners, educators, and training providers in implementing flexible, modular learning experiences. Each Micro-credential is developed to address specific labor market needs and is meticulously tagged for easy identification, search, and retrieval.
The BEM project utilizes the broader Skillsbank ecosystem, which includes Skillsbank.eu for personal portfolios and certification, and envisions SkillsCourses.eu for flexible course delivery. This repository, SkillsTools.eu, is a cornerstone of that ecosystem, providing the foundational concepts for verifiable digital credentials.
