purpose

The purpose of the microcredential program is to train participants to independently perform work on the production of plastic products, maintain tools, machines and devices in the production of plastic parts.

– distinguishes types of plastic materials and their properties;

– explain the procedure for detecting and removing errors on the product;

Skills

– uses technical- technological documentation during work;

– prepares the necessary equipment, devices and tools according to the work order;

– preparation of raw materials for processing as prescribed recipes;

– installs, assembles and connects machines and devices for manufacture of plastics and plastic products;

– sets machine and device parameters in accordance with technical documentation;

– operates the injection molding machine;

– replaces tools, molds and simple assemblies on machines for making plastics according to instructions and under supervision;
